Today we'll take a look into to seasonal color palettes from floral designer Darcy at Seascape Flowers to what destinations for honeymoons are trending from 100 Layer Cake.
Amanda from 100 Layer Cake
My dear friend Amanda Dawbarn is a founder and the Creative Director for 100 Layer Cake, a top resource for today’s modern bride. Her own wedding (and honeymoon!) was featured in Martha Stewart Weddings Magazine, where she designed everything from the invitations, to the patterns on her dinner napkins.
What are the best places to honeymoon right now?
Amanda gave us some amazing looks at honeymoon spots that you must consider with planning for the most romantic moment of your lives (aside from the wedding day of course). First up is Mallorca, Spain. We’ve been seeing this one pop up time and time again. And how can you not be astounded by the crystal clear blue water mixed with the mountains and beautiful Spanish architecture of this island?!

My next reco is Puglia, Italy. Puglia has been SUCH a popular destination for vacations and honeymoons in the last couple of years. Between the romantic white washed cities, plethora of masserias to rent for your own little slice of paradise, and the bluest of blue waters, you’re in for a beautiful (and Instagrammable!) trip!

At 100 Layer Cake we’d honeymoon on the Greek island of Kos, just to stay at Casa Cook Hotels. Nevermind that Greece is a stunning locale to relax (and adventure!) in and of itself!
